Are these custom-written plans?
Budapest Essential and Hungary Explorer are curated hungaryguide.online routes assembled around the days, focus or region, and pace you select. They are available immediately after payment. Bespoke Concierge is the option for a trip planned personally around your requests.
What do I choose before paying?
Your plan, number of days, pace, and either a Budapest focus (€39) or one regional route (€69). You see a summary of your exact choice and the price before you go to payment.
When can I download my PDF?
For Budapest Essential and Hungary Explorer, your download appears after successful payment. If the page closes or the download fails, use Recover my download with your order code and checkout email, or contact us. Bespoke Concierge is delivered personally within 48 hours (24-hour priority).
What if I want two regions or very specific requirements?
Choose Bespoke Concierge for a multi-region plan, particular accessibility needs, a special occasion, unusual travel hours or changes outside the displayed route choices.
Does the price include bookings?
No. It buys the itinerary PDF. Hotels, transport, meals, baths and activities are booked and paid for separately. We provide planning guidance and relevant links.
Can I edit the instant itinerary?
Your PDF reflects the choices shown before payment. If you need a different route or personal changes, choose Bespoke Concierge. If your file does not match the choices you purchased, contact us and we will correct the delivery.
Are schedules and prices guaranteed?
No. Opening hours, services, admission rules and prices can change. We include a review date and links so you can confirm them before booking.
Do I need an account?
No account is needed to choose and buy a plan. Your order code and checkout email let you download again.
Refunds on Bespoke Concierge?
Each Concierge plan is prepared personally, so sales are final once we start — but we'll work with you until it fits.
